摘要
随着经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高,越来越多的人选择了创业,初创企业蓬勃发展。初创企业的用人机制与传统企业相比有较大的变化,从选人、用人、留人等方面阐述初创企业的人才管理,以期抛砖引玉,为初创企业快速发展提供参考。
With the development of the economy and the improvement of the people's living standards,more and more people have chosen entrepreneurship and the start-up companies have flourished. The employment mechanism of start-up companies has changed greatly compared with traditional enterprises. The talent management of start-up companies has been elaborated from the perspectives of selection,employment and retention,with a view to attracting valuable opinions and providing reference for the rapid development of start-ups.
