摘要
在我国国民经济不断发展壮大的社会背景下,人民的生活水平以及生活质量都得到了普遍提高,对生活必需品的要求也上升到更高的层次,特别是在食品领域。近些年,我国食品加工企业的规模不断扩大,经济效益日益提高。但在经济效益提高的同时,我国食品加工行业的风险系数也呈现出上升趋势,这样的现状与人们对高质量的生活相违背。基于此,食品行业加强风险交流显得尤为重要。本文主要针对食品行业的食品安全进行简单阐述,针对食品安全提出一些可行的想法,希望能够提高该行业抵抗风险的能力,保证食品的安全生产。
The continuous development of national economy in our country’s social background, people’s living standard and quality of life are generally improved, demand for daily necessities and rises to a higher level, especially in the field of food. In recent years, the scale of China’s food processing enterprises has been expanding, and the economic benefits have been increasing. But at the same time, the risk factor of China’s food processing industry also shows an upward trend, which is contrary to people’s high quality of life. Based on this, it is very important to strengthen risk communication in the food industry. This article mainly sets forth simple food safety in food industry, puts forward some feasible ideas for food safety, want to be able to improve the industry’s ability to resist risk, ensure the safety of food production.
