摘要
原子吸收光谱法是食品检验中一种常用的物理检验方法,特别是在微量元素的检测与重金属检测方面,成效十分显著,本文结合原子吸收光谱法在食品检验的应用对其进行探讨,以供参考。
Atomic absorption spectrometry is a commonly used physical test method in food inspection,it has an significant in the detection of trace elements and detection of heavy metals.This paper on the atomic absorption spectrometry in food inspection. The application is discussed for reference.
