摘要
本文通过对国家标准GB/T 5009.103-2003检测食品中的乙酰甲胺磷残留方法的改进,采用乙腈作提取液,活性炭小柱净化,DB-1701毛细管柱分离的气相色谱法,对茶叶样品中乙酰甲胺磷农药残留量进行检测。改进后方法测定的结果准确,加标回收率为90%~98%。
In this paper, the residue of acephate in the tea samples was detected by using acephate as the extraction solution, the purification of active carbon column and the separation of DB-1701 capillary column by gas chromatography, through the improvement of the method for the determination of acephate residues in food by the national standard GB/T5009.103. The result of the improved method is accurate, and the recovery rate is 90% ～ 98%.
