摘要 目的:探讨食品监测中理化检验在质量控制管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。方法:分析目前理化检验中存在的问题以及影响质量控制管理的主要因素,据此提出有效的解决措施。结果:检测人员的素质、检测环境、仪器设备、管理制度等因素均会对质量控制管理工作造成不同程度的影响;通过提升检测人员专业知识、加强检测环境的质量控制、加强机构之间的沟通与交流、增加设备投入、进一步完善管理制度等措施可进一步提升质量控制管理的效果。结论:食品安全关乎民生,完善食品监测技术,加强检验质量控制管理,对于提高我国食品卫生质量检测具有重要意义。 Objective: To explore the problems existing in the quality control management of physical and chemical examination in food monitoring, put forward corresponding solutions. Methods: The problems existing in the physical and chemical tests and the main factors affecting the quality control management were analyzed, and effective solutions were put forward accordingly. Results: The quality of inspectors, testing environment, instrument and equipment, management system and other factors will affect the quality control management to varying degrees. Through the following measures, the effect of quality control management can be further promoted, such as improving the professional knowledge of the inspectors, strengthening the quality control of the testing environment, and strengthening the organization communication, and increase investment in equipment, and further improve the management system. Conclusion: Food safety is related to the livelihood of the people, improving the monitoring technology of food and strengthening the management of quality control. It is of great significance to improve the quality inspection of food hygiene in China.
