摘要
在社会发展的过程中,食品安全问题不断恶化,其对整个社会的运行也产生了越来越大的影响。这种情况下,食品不良残留物质的有效检测就变得非常重要。酶联免疫吸附试验主要是通过免疫荧光、组织化学的有效结合,然后综合分析抗原抗体反应后的高度特异性、酶高度催化情况,从而实现对食品成分的有效检测。本文根据食品检测中酶联免疫吸附试验应用情况,对整体食品安全问题检测问题进行了简单的分析。
In the process of social development, the food safety problem is deteriorating, and it has an increasing influence on the whole social operation process. In this case, the effective detection of food residue is very important. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay mainly through the effective combination of immunofluorescence and histochemistry, prompted the high specificity of antigen-antibody reaction after comprehensive analysis, height of enzyme catalysis, can be effective detection of food composition. Based on the application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in food testing, this paper makes a simple analysis of the problem of overall food safety.
