摘要 目的:建立多种食源性疾病监测中副溶血性弧菌现场快速检测方法并观察应用效果。方法:选取高密市疾病预防控制中心1年内收集的211份肠道门诊腹泻患者样本,以及以海水产品为主的150份食品样本作为研究材料,应用多种快速检测方法对研究材料进行检测并观察检测情况。结果:20株副溶血性弧菌中有1株为PCR阴性,19株3种检测方法均为阳性;3种检测方法中,海水产品的检出率最高,均为18.7%。结论:典型生化联合筛检法、实时荧光定量PCR法、恒温扩增-核酸试纸条法在快速检测副溶血性弧菌方面具有重大应用价值。 Objective: to establish a rapid field detection method for vibrio parahaemolyticus in foodborne disease surveillance. Methods: 211 samples of diarrhea patients were collected from the Centers for Disease Prevention and Control in Gaomi within one year, and 150 samples of food mainly from seawater products were selected as the research materials. A variety of rapid detection methods were used to detect and observe the research materials. Results of the 20 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 1 strain was PCR negative, 19 strains were all positive. The detection rate of seawater products was the highest(18.7%). Conclusion: typical biochemical combined screening. The method of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and the method of constant temperature amplification and nucleic acid test strip have great application value in rapid detection of vibrio parahaemolyticus.
