摘要 近年来,高能耗与产品品质受影响成为农产品与食品干燥中最常见的问题。干燥属于高能耗操作,根据相关资料数据可以发现,大部分发达国家超过12%的工业能耗都应用在干燥工艺,且在诸多工业干燥能源消耗中,农产品与食品干燥能耗只是略低于造纸工业。本文研究了农产品和食品干燥技术以及设备的现状与发展趋势,希望对相关人员有所帮助。 The most common problem in agricultural products and food drying is high energy consumption and product quality in recent years. the drying operation is high energy consumption, according to relevant data display can be found that most developed countries more than 12% of industrial energy consumption is applied in the drying process, and in many industrial drying energy consumption, energy consumption of agricultural products and food drying is only slightly smaller than the papermaking industry. In this paper, we hope to help with the research on the current situation and development of agricultural products and food drying technology and equipment.
