摘要
目的对循证骨科学在骨科关节镜手术教学中的应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法以2012年3月—2016年3月在我院进行实习的52例外科医学专业学生为例,使用抽签法对其平均分组,每组26例,在进行骨科关节镜手术教学时,对观察组实习生采用循证骨科学教学方法,对对照组实习生采用传统教学方法,比较两组教学效果。结果相较于对照组实习生,观察组实习生理论考核成绩、关节镜操作成绩以及实习总满意率更高[(93.6±2.5)分对比(62.7±3.0)分、(94.3±3.7)分对比(64.9±5.2)分、100.00%对比80.77%,P<0.05]。结论循证骨科学的应用,不仅可有效提高骨科关节镜手术教学治疗和教学效果,同时还可显著改善实习生实习满意度。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of evidence-based orthopedics in the teaching of arthroscopy in the department of orthopedics. Methods 52 medical students from March 2012 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as an example. The average grouping of them by the method of drawing was used, 26 cases in each group. During the teaching of arthroscopic surgery in department of orthopedics, evidence-based orthopedics teaching method was applied to the observation group interns, and the traditional teaching method was applied to the control group interns. The teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the results of the interns' theory assessment, arthroscopy operation and total internship satisfaction were higher [(93.6 ± 2.5) vs.(62.7 ± 3.0),(94.3 ± 3.7) vs.(64.9 ± 5.2), 100.00% vs.80.77%, P 0.05]. Conclusion The application of evidence-based bone science can not only effectively improve the teaching and treatment effect of arthroscopic surgery in department of orthopedics, but also significantly improve the satisfaction degree of interns.
