伴随教育体制改革的深入,教务管理已经成为各高校教学管理工作中的重要环节,其主要目的在于提高教学管理效率。面对快速发展的新时期背景,采取何种方式改革和创新医学院教学管理模式提升教学管理效率已引起人们的高度关注。随着近些年新课标在全国范围内得到广泛推广,教育部提出了关于加快各高校信息管理进程的要求,如:加强各高校教学质量的监控以推动学校管理规范化和校务的公开化,其主要目的仍然是全面提升学校教学管理效率。不同于综合类或文理工科学校,医学院校教学管理具有以医学学科为主、专业间联系紧密、专业课程设置的连贯性和逻辑性要求严以及课程编排合理性要求高等特点,因此为保障医学院校能够得到持续且稳定的发展,需高度重视医学院校教务管理系统的运营和管理工作。由此,文章就我国医学院校教学管理系统的主要功能进行分析,随后提出了医学院校教学管理系统运用有效策略。

With the deepening of education system reform, teaching management has become an important link in the teaching management of colleges and universities, whose main purpose is to improve the efficiency of teaching management. In the face of the rapid development of the new era background, how to reform and innovate the teaching management mode of medical school to improve the efficiency of teaching management has aroused people＇s high concern. As the new standard is widely spread throughout the country in recent years, the ministry of education of universities of proposed to accelerate the information management process, such as： to strengthen the monitoring teaching quality in colleges and universities to promote the school management standardization and the general public, is still the main objective is to improve school teaching management efficiency. Is different from general or arts and engineering school, medical colleges and universities teaching management, professional primarily focuses on medical disciplines closely linked, professional curriculum coherence and logical demands strict rationality and curriculum-building higher characteristic, therefore to ensure medical colleges and universities can be sustained and stable development, should attach great importance to medical college educational administration management system of operation and management work. Therefore, this paper analyzes the main functions of teaching management system of medical colleges in China, and then puts forward the effective strategy of teaching management system in medical colleges.
