高压电位疗法治疗对冠心病患者临床效果的影响

Clinical Effect of High Voltage Potentiotherapy in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨高压电位疗法治疗对冠心病患者临床效果的影响。方法将我院2014年1月—2016年1月收治的100例冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用上海科盾医疗器械科技有限公司生产的高压电位治疗仪治疗,观察两组患者治疗前、治疗2周后心绞痛发作次数和持续时间,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗2周后心电图结果,及治疗前后口服硝酸甘油后心绞痛缓解时间和硝酸甘油用量。结果观察组和对照组治疗后心绞痛症状均明显改善,且与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后心绞痛症状与对照组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组治疗后心电图结果均明显改善,且与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后心电图结果与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗后心硝酸甘油后心绞痛缓解时间和硝酸甘油用量均明显低于治疗前,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后服用硝酸甘油后心绞痛缓解时间和硝酸甘油用量明显低于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用高压电位疗法治疗对冠心病效果显著、安全、无副作用。

Objective To investigate high voltage potential therapy on the clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups（n= 50）. The patients in the observation group were treated with Shanghai cordon medical equipment Technology Co., Ltd. high voltage potential treatment instrument on the basis of the control group. The number and duration of angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment for two weeks. Two groups of patients before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment ECG results, and before and after treatment of oral nitroglycerin after remission of angina and nitroglycerin dosage. Results The symptoms of angina pectoris were significantly improved in the observation group and the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in angina pectoris symptoms between the observation group and the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. The ECG results of the observation group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment（P〈0.05）. The electrocardiogram results of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group after treatment（P 〈0.05）. The remission time and nitroglycerin dosage of angina after cardiac nitroglycerin in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P 〈0.05）. The patients in the observation group were treated with the time of remission of angina and the dosage of nitroglycerin were significantly lower than that of the control group after the administration of nitroglycerin, and the difference wasstatistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of high voltage potential therapy for coronary heart disease is significant, and is safe, has no side effects.
