健康教育分层管理在初诊2型糖尿病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨健康教育分层管理在初诊2型糖尿病中的应用。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月我院收治初诊2型糖尿病患者126例作为研究对象,将其随机均分为对照组和研究组。对照组应用传统方法进行教育,研究组应用健康教育分层管理模式进行教育,并对两组患者进行为期一年的随访。结果与教育前比较,两组患者FPG、2h PG及Hb A1c控制情况均有好转,且1年后,研究组FPG、2 h PG及Hb A1c控制情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与教育前对比,两组患者在干预1年后各行为改变达标率均明显改善;且研究组改变更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在控制和治疗2型糖尿病的过程当中,对患者进行健康教育和分层管理控制血糖水平效果理想。 Objective To explore the application of healthy education hierarchical management in the initial diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 126 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group received traditional education, while the study group applied health education stratified management mode, and the two groups were followed up for one year. Results Compared with preeducation, the control of FPG, 2 h PG and Hb A1 c in the two groups were improved, and after 1 year, the control of FPG, 2 h PG and Hb A1 c in the study group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Compared with pre-education, the two groups of patients were significantly improved after 1 year of intervention,and the change of the study group was more obvious, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the process of controlling and treating type 2 diabetes, it is ideal to control the blood sugar level by health education and stratified management.
