目的对采取PICC治疗过程中的临床维护以及相关的护理方法进行探讨。方法以回顾性分析的方法对2016年12月—2017年12月在我院接受治疗的15例危重症患者进行研究,所有危重症患者均已通过PICC进行治疗,对入选患者进行临床维护,同时对其采取相应的护理,并对护理的经验进行总结。结果经过对入选患者进行PICC治疗,行一次穿刺得以成功的患者共计13例,行二次穿刺得以成功的患者共计1例,行三次穿刺得以成功的患者共计1例,穿刺成功率可达100%;并发症方面,出现静脉炎患者共计1例,出现感染患者共计1例,出现导管脱落及堵管患者共计1例,并发症发生率为20%,通过护理人员的及时处理,所有并发症患者均恢复正常。结论护理人员对封管技术、管道护理方法的掌握并严格遵照无菌操作是使PICC的成功率得到提升的重要因素,同时,PICC治疗方法也存在着突出的优点。

Objective To explore the clinical maintenance and related nursing methods in the process of PICC. Methods 15 cases critically ill patients received treatment in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were studied retrospectively, all critically ill patients had been treated by PICC, the patients were selected for clinical maintenance, and the corresponding care was taken, and the nursing experience was summarized. Results After the PICC treatment of the selected patients, a total of 13 patients with a successful puncture were performed. The total number of successful patients with two punctures was 1 case. The total number of successful patients with three punctures was 1 case. The success rate of the puncture was 100%. In the case of complications, there were 1 case of phlebitis, 1 case of infection, 1 case of catheterization, the incidence of complications was 20%. All the patients recovered to normal after treatment. Conclusion The nursing staff＇s mastery of the tube-sealing technique and the nursing method of the pipeline and strictly following the aseptic operation are the important factors to promote the success rate of PICC.
