门诊护理干预对糖尿病居家废弃胰岛素针头处置的影响

The Influence of Outpatient Nursing Intervention for Needle Disposal of Home Discarded Insulin in Patients With Type 2 Diabetic

目的分析研讨门诊护理干预对2型糖尿病患者居家废弃胰岛素针头处置的影响。方法选取我院2016年2月—2017年9月收治的2型糖尿病患者120例作为研究对象,均接受门诊护理干预,分析干预前后患者对胰岛素针头处理知识的了解和实际处理状况,并比较。结果与干预前比较,干预后废弃胰岛素针头处置状况改善情况明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后的理论知识得分高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊护理干预可明显改善2型糖尿病患者居家废弃胰岛素针头处置状况,提高患者废弃胰岛素针头处理理论知识得分,应用价值较大。

Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of outpatient nursing intervention for needle disposal of home discarded insulin in patients with type 2 diabetic. Methods 120 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes and who treated in our hospital from February 2016 to September 2017 were randomly selected,and all patients were received outpatient nursing intervention. Then, the patient＇s knowledge of the treatment ofinsulin needles before and after the intervention and the actual treatment status were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with before intervention, the disposal of disused insulin needle was significantly improved after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The score of theoretical knowledge after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The outpatient nursing intervention which can significantly improve the status of discarded insulin needles in patients with type 2 diabetes and improve the theoretical knowledge of treatment of discarded insulin needles.
