泮托拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Pantoprazole in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Gastric Ulcer

目的分析加强泮托拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡护理的效果。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月我院就诊的107例2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,将其分为研究组和常规组,两组均应用泮托拉唑治疗,常规组在用药期间实施常规护理,研究组则予以针对性更强的护理,对比两组护理效果。结果在接受护理后,研究组患者的治疗依从性以及护理满意度评分均优于对照组;研究组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强泮托拉唑治疗2型糖尿病合并胃溃疡的护理工作,能够保障患者获得质量最佳的护理服务,促进其治疗依从性与生活质量提高。

Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the nursingcare of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with gastriculcer. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017, 107 patients with type2 diabetes mellitus complicated with gastric ulcer were selected as theresearch subjects. They were divided into study group and routine group.The two groups were treated with pantoprazole. Routine care was carriedout in the routine group during the period of medication. The study groupwas given more targeted care. The nursing effect was compared betweenthe two groups. Results Compared with the routine group, the study grouphad higher treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction after receivingnursing. The quality of life score of the study group was higher thanthat of the control group, and the difference between the two groups wasstatistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing of pantoprazolein the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with gastric ulcer canguarantee the patients to get the best quality nursing service, promote thecompliance and improve the quality of life.
