术前心理干预护理对甲状腺癌手术患者的影响

The Effect of Preoperative Psychological Intervention on Patients With Thyroid Carcinoma

目的分析术前心理干预护理对甲状腺癌手术患者的焦虑情绪及心率、血压的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月这一阶段我院收治的60例甲状腺癌手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,两组均为30例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组给予术前心理干预护理。观察两组心率、血压变化及HAMA、HAMD评分。结果研究组的HAMA评分为(23.63±6.51)分,HAMD评分为(22.27±5.88)分,均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有针对性地给予甲状腺癌手术患者术前心理干预护理,有利于维持患者心率和血压的稳定,改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,从而使手术顺利进行。

Objective To analyze the effects of preoperative psychological intervention on anxiety and heart rate and blood pressure in patients with thyroid cancer surgery. Methods 60 cases of thyroid cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the control group and the study group, with 30 cases in both groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the research group gavepreoperative psychological intervention nursing. The changes of heart rate, blood pressure and HAMA and HAMD scores were observed. Results The HAMA score of the study group was（23.63±6.51） points and the HAMD score（22.27±5.88） points, which were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The targeted thyroid cancer surgery patients＇ nursing, preoperative psychological intervention is helpful to maintain the stability of the heart rate and blood pressure patients, improve the patients＇ anxiety, depression, bad mood, so that the operation smoothly.
