从患者需求及护士意愿方面分析弹性排班模式的实践效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨弹性工作模式在妇科护理管理中的应用效果。方法对病区24名护理人员进行分层级管理,弹性排班,排班时做到老、中、青搭配。采用特质应对方式问卷统计弹性工作模式实施1年后护士面对工作压力心理应对方式、不良事件发生率及患者满意度,并与实施前的相关数据进行统计分析。结果弹性工作模式实施后,本科室护士面对工作压力心理应对方式由实施积极应对的6人,而实施后达到20人,实施前患者满意度为89.09%,实施后患者满意度为94.99%,实施前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=56.61,P<0.01),不良事件发生率由原来的4.67%下降到3.01%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.85,P<0.01)。结论弹性工作模式的实施能明显提高护理人员的工作积极性及患者的满意度,减少不良事件的发生。 Objective To explore the effect of flexible working mode ingynecological nursing management. Methods 24 nursing staff in the wardwere stratified level management, flexible scheduling, and the old, mediumand green. Flexible work with trait coping style questionnaire statistical nursesfaced with work stress, coping way 1 year after implementation, the incidenceof adverse events, and patient satisfaction, and before the implementation ofthe related data for statistical analysis. Results After the introduction of flexibleworking patterns, undergraduate course room nurses faced with work stress,coping way by the implementation of coping with 6 people, and after theimplementation of reach 20 people, before carrying out patient satisfaction was89.09%, after implementation, patient satisfaction was 94.99%, the differencewas statistically significant (χ2=56.61, P 〈 0.01); The incidence of adverseevents from 4.67% dropped to 3.01%, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.85, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The implementation of flexible workingmode can significantly improve the motivation of nurses and the satisfaction ofpatients and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
