摘要 超声波测距系统目前广泛应用于机械制造、机器人自动导航、建筑测量、泊车辅助系统等工业领域。但传统的超声波测距的测距距离和精度,无法满足现代工业领域的要求。因此设计了一种大量程、高精度的超声波测距系统。系统具备大量程、可编程增益的特点。实验表明,本系统设计的超声波测距系统量程高达10m,波束宽度小于10°,测距精度可以到达1cm,实现了大量程、高精度的测距系统。 Now ultrasonic range-finding system has widely applied in many industrial areas, such as mechanical manufacture,automatic robot navigation, construction measurement and parking assistance systems. But the precision and range-finding of traditional ultrasonic range-finding system can not be fit for requirements of modern industry. A large ranges and high precision of ultrasonic range-finding system has been developed. The system contains the characters of large range, programmable gain amplifier.Experiment indicated that this ultrasonic ranging system can measure distance in 10 m, accuracy high to 1 cm, and the width of beam is less than ±5 o, this system can perform with a wide range of distance and high precision.
