摘要
导师制有助于对学生进行因材施教,提高学生的教育质量。本文就在独立院校本科生中实行导师制,且是校内导师和校外导师的双导师制,对双导师制实施的意义及双导师队伍的建设进行了探索。
The tutorial system helps students to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and improve the quality of their education. In this paper, the tutorial system is implemented among undergraduates in independent colleges, and it is a dual-tutor system for the tutors and external tutors. It explores the significance of the implementation of the dual tutor system and the construction of dual tutor teams.
