血压变异性与高血压脑出血的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between blood pressure variability and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探究高血压脑出血血肿扩大与血压变异性之间的关系。方法:分析2017年1月至2018年1月,西安航天总医院298例高血压脑出血患者,根据血压变异系数进行高血压病人分组,分为血压变异系数高组和血压变异系数低组,运用回归分析,检测血压变异性与脑出血血肿扩大的关系。结果:舒张压血压和收缩压变异性高的患者更容易发生脑出血血肿扩大,因此脑出血血肿扩大与血压变异性具有相关性。结论:早期可根据血压变异性进行治疗,控制血压并预防血肿扩大。

Object Study on the relationship between hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and blood pressure variability.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, Xi ＇an Aerospace General Hospital, 298 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. Hypertension patients were grouped according to the variation coefficient of blood pressure. It was divided into high blood pressure coefficient and low blood pressure variation coefficient, using regression analysis. To detect the relationship between blood pressure variability and hematoma enlargement of cerebral hemorrhage. Results Patients with high diastolic blood pressure and systolic hypertension are more likely to develop cerebral hemorrhage.Hematoma enlargement of intracerebral hemorrhage is associated with blood pressure variability. Conclusion Early treatment can be performed according to blood pressure variability, control blood pressure and prevent hematoma enlargement.
