基于供应链模式的MRO辅料采购降本增效实施方案研究——以浙江省工业矿产对外贸易有限责任公司为例

MRO(M aintenance,Repair&Operation)辅料的采购,是企业生产当中不可或缺的采购环节,是在采购和供应链管理中最具潜力改进和提高的一个主要领域。因此,基于供应链模式的MRO辅料采购降本增效的研究,特别是如何完善企业的采购管理、提高采购效率、降低采购成本,成为企业管理中亟待解决的问题。浙江省工业矿产对外贸易有限公司通过一系列的考察调研其机电集团旗下子公司A的辅料现状,制定可行方案,作为A公司辅料集采平台,B公司定位为省工业矿产的技术采购实施方,通过三方合作,帮助A公司在供应链环节实现辅料MRO采购降本增效。

The procurement of MRO（ Maintenance, Repair Operation） accessories is an indispensable part of the company ＇ s production, and it is a major area for improvement and improvement in procurement and supply chain management. Therefore, research on cost-reducing and efficiency-enhancing of MRO materials procurement based on supply chain model, especially how to improve the company＇s procurement management, improve procurement efficiency,and reduce procurement costs, has become a problem that needs to be solved in enterprise management. Zhejiang Industrial Minerals Foreign Trade Co., Ltd. through a series of inspections to investigate the status quo of the auxiliary materials of its subsidiary A of the Electromechanical Group and formulate a feasible plan as the subsidiary material gathering platform of Company A. Company B is positioned as the implementer of technical procurement of the provincial industrial minerals. Through the tripartite cooperation, it helps company A to realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of accessories MRO procurement in the supply chain.
