民用飞机制造偏离工程处置用材料工艺支持库的构建研究

Research on construction of material and process support library used for dealing with civil aircraft manufacturing deviation

材料、标准件、工艺的快速、准确、合理的选用对于提升民用飞机制造偏离处置准确性和处置效率至关重要。本文梳理了偏离处置过程中的常见材料、常见工艺、典型案例等,提炼形成方便易用的材料工艺选用建议、工艺偏离典型案例库、特殊工艺段视频,并以材料工艺支持库的形式提供给工程人员使用,并通过工程人员的使用习惯、使用反馈不断优化该支持库,从而达到提升民机产品质量和制造速度的目的。

The rapid, accurate and reasonable selection of materials, standard parts and processes is very important for improving the disposal accuracy and disposal efficiency of civil aircraft manufacturing deviation. This paper has combed the common materials, common processes and typical cases during the disposal of manufacturing deviation, and refine the material and process selection suggestions ensure the convenience of use. The material and process selection suggestions, the typical case library of process deviates, special process video, and is provided to engineers for dealing with manufacturing deviation in the form of material process support library, the material process support library will continue to be optimized based on feedback of and using habit of engineers, so as to improve the product quality and the manufacturing speed of civil aircraft.
