双语教学质性改革思路探析

双语教学作为西部民族教育的特色在农牧区的教育发展中发挥着重要的作用。随着我国西部民族教育"双基"数量达标向质量达标的逐步转变,建立和完善符合西部民族教育规律及特色的双语教学教育体系,包括建立双语教学质量评价、奖惩机制等。通过实施双语教学质性改革,促进西部民族教育的全面发展。

Bilingual teaching, as a feature of western ethnic education, plays an important role in the development of education in rural and pastoral areas. With the gradual transformation of the ＂ double base ＂ of ethnic education in China ＇ s ethnic education reaching the standard of quality, the establishment and improvement of a bilingual education system that conforms to the laws and characteristics of ethnic education in western China, including the establishment of bilingual education quality evaluation, reward and punishment mechanisms, etc. Through the implementation of qualitative reform of bilingual education, the all-round development of ethnic education in western China will be promoted.
