基于不锈钢复合钢板面板的隧道衬砌钢模台车在隧道施工中的应用

本文以某工程为例,介绍了不锈钢复合钢板在隧道衬砌钢模台车中的应用、阐述了工艺原理和施工工艺。工程实践表明,采用不锈钢复合钢板的钢模台车,既能满足隧道衬砌的结构强度,又能减少除锈和脱模剂涂装工序,同时延长了钢模台车使用寿命,极大的提高了混凝土隧道的外观质量和施工效率,综合经济技术效益显著。

In this paper, an engineering project was taken as an example to introduce the application of stainless steel clad steel plate in tunnel lining steel mold trolley, and elaborated the process principle and construction technology. The engineering practice shows that the steel die trolley using the stainless steel composite steel plate not only can satisfy the structural strength of the tunnel lining, but also can reduce the rust removal and the release agent coating process, and at the same time prolong the service life of the steel die trolley, greatly improving the The appearance quality and construction efficiency of concrete tunnels have resulted in significant economic and technological benefits.
