摘要
舱门是飞机的主要结构部件,对于民用飞机而言,常常包括登机门、服务门、应急门、货舱门以及各类设备舱门等。气密试验是民用飞机交付之前的重要功能试验,在试验过程中,舱门往往是出现超差的重灾区。本文列举典型舱门结构在民用飞机气密试验中出现的各类超差,并给出不同超差的常用处置方案。
Cabin door is the main structural part of an aircraft. For civil aircraft, it often includes boarding gate, service gate, emergency door, cargo door and all kinds of equipment doors. Air tight test is an important function test before the delivery of civil aircraft. In the process of testing, cabin door is often the harder-hit area. This paper enumerates the different kinds of tolerances for typical cabin door in air tight test of civil aircraft, and gives the commonly used proposal schemas for different tolerances.
