摘要
固体核磁共振技术是以固体样品为研究对象的分析方法 ,探索物质的微观结构和理化机制。本文从实际经验出发,主要探讨固体核磁共振技术的样品制备、转子维护、测试方法及其改进等内容。近年来,固体核磁共振技术发展迅速,广泛用于研究化学、药学和医学等领域。
solid nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology- is an analytical method for the study- of solid samples, exploring the microscopic structure and physical and chemical mechanisms of substances. Based on practical experience, this paper mainly discusses the sample preparation, rotor maintenance, test method and improvement of solid NMR technology-. In recent years, solid nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology- has developed rapidly and is widely used in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy and medicine.
