摘要
随着高校教师队伍愈发年轻化,青年教师成为主力,非师范专业化出身的高校青年教师在经济类课程教学思维和教学方法的匹配与融合上存在较大问题,影响教学效果。本文首先分析教学思维和教学方法维度,并结合经济类课程特征,探讨影响高校青年教师经济类课程教学思维和教学方法匹配的原因,并提出相应对策建议。
As young teachers becoming the main force in colleges and universities, the mismatching between instructional thinking and teaching methods of young teachers make negative impaction on teaching efficiency. In this paper, we analysis instructional thinking and teaching methods from different dimension firstly. Then, the reason of the mismatching between instructional thinking and teaching melhods of young teachers is giving based on the detection of economics courses. Finally, some advices are proposed for stimulus the matching of instructional thinking and teaching methods.
