核级锆材生产现场质量控制方法浅析

质量是产品的生命,质量受企业生产经营管理活动中多种因素影响,是企业各项工作的综合的反映。质量控制就是企业为了保证和提高产品质量,综合选用一整套质量管理体系、手段和方法所进行的系统性管理活动。本文结合国核锆业现场生产模式,对核级锆材现场质量控制方法进行总结分析,使产品质量变异处于可接受水平。

Quality is the life of a product. Quality- is affected by many factors in the production, operation and management activities of a company. It is a comprehensive reflection of the company＇s work. Quality- control is the systematic management activity- that companies use to comprehensively select a set of quality- management systems, tools and methods in order to ensm＇e and improve product quality-. In this paper, in combination with the nuclear production model of Zirconium, the nuclear quality- control methods for on-site nuclear grade zirconium materials are summarized and analyzed, so that product quality- variation is at an acceptable level.
