跃进煤矿手选矸石排矸系统的优化改造

煤矸石是选煤过程中排放的固体废物,跃进煤矿手选矸石由架线电机车运输到矸石山排放,运输距离长,工序多,用工成本和生产成本高。为此,提出了在手选皮带碴仓下安装带式输送机,将矸石排放到货车中,再卖给矸石砖厂的解决方案。新方案实施后,不但可以取消机车运输,降低职工的劳动强度和用工成本,更可以变废为宝,实现矿井的清洁生产。

After the implementation of the new scheme, it can not only cancel the locomotive transportation, reduce the labor intensi）y and labor cost of the workers, but also make the waste into treasure and realize the cleaner production of the mine.
