基于集成平台的医院临床数据中心构建

信息技术的快速发展推动了医院信息化建设,一方面医疗信息技术的发展给医院、医护人员、患者等带来了极大的方便,另一方面医疗信息系统也面临着信息集成和共享的挑战,医院信息集成平台能够通过信息交换和集成等多种技术,把分散的、异构的各个子系统的信息集成在一个信息共享平台上,帮助医疗机构唤醒沉睡的历史数据,实现统一的基础数据框架,建立标准互通共享的数据中心,为医院的运营、管理、绩效、临床等各方面提供支撑。本文主要阐述了基于医院信息集成平台的临床数据中心的建设思路。

The rapid development of information technology has promoted the construction of hospital ilfformation. On the one hand, the development of medical information technology- has brought great convenience to hospitals, medical staff and patients. On the other hand, the medical information system also faces the challenges of information integration and sharing. The hospital information integration platform can be exchanged and integrated through information and integration. It integrates the informtion of scattered and heterogeneous subsystems on a information sharing platform, helps medical institutions to wake up the sleeping hisorical data, realizes a unified basic data framework, establishes a standard interoperabiliy data center, and provides support for the operation, management, performance and clinical aspects of the hospital. This paper mainly expounds the construction ideas based on hospital information integration platform and clinical data center.
