CGF复合骨诱导材料在前牙美学区种植的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨CGF复合骨诱导材料在前牙美学区种植的临床应用。方法对前牙缺失伴骨量不足进行种植修复的患者,植入自体CGF复合Bio-OSS骨粉进行骨增量,同期植入种植体,术后4个月及1年通过影像学检查及观察牙龈形态,评估骨增量及软组织的美学效果。结果种植区术创愈合良好,术后4个月,骨增量效果明显,种植体稳定,术后1年牙龈形态饱满,牙槽骨高度及宽度保存良好。结论 CGF具有促进骨再生及牙龈组织愈合的作用。
