南北方住宅差异的几点思考

Reflections on the difference of housing between north and south

以我国南北方气候环境的巨大差异作为出发点,从住宅园区整体规划、住宅单体、景观环境三个层面积极思考南北方住宅差异,并分析了各类差异形成的原因,为今后住宅设计与建设提供理论性建议。

Taking the great difference of climate and environment in the north and south of China as the starting point,the authors think about the difference of housing in the south and north from the three aspects of the whole plan,the single house and the landscape environment of the residential park,and analyze the reasons for the difference,and provide theoretical suggestions for future housing design and construction.
