浅议UGB在小城镇规划建设中的作用

The discussion of the role of UGB in planning and construction of small towns

城市增长边界作为控制城市规模、优化空间格局、保护生态安全的有效手段之一,在我国主要大中城市开始了积极的实践探索。然而,在城镇化主体逐渐向小城镇转移的背景下,盲目的贪大求洋式拓展与粗放的土地利用成为小城镇城镇化的主要问题。在研究UGB理论与小城镇规划建设特征的基础上,提出了UGB在小城镇层面可以发挥的作用,为我国小城镇空间拓展提供建议。

Urban Growth Boundary,which is one of the effective methods to control city scale,optimize city pattern and protect the ecological security. UGB has started the positive practice exploration in mainly cities in our country. However,in the context of the gradual shift of urbanization to small towns,lies in a lot of problems such as blind space expansion and extensive land use. Based on the study of UGB theory and the characteristics of small town planning and construction,this paper puts forward the role of UGB in small towns,and provides suggestions for the space development of small towns in China.
