摘要
钢管结构中对钢管接长时的外观和质量要求越来越高,传统钢管接长方式往往满足不了工程要求,通过对某项目中的钢管结构改进刚性连接进行轴心受压和轴心受拉的足尺试验研究,结果表明该连接安全可靠,可推广使用,钢管开槽加长不仅可以提高承载能力,还可以减缓槽前端的应力集中和剪切滞后现象,在工程设计时应考虑剪切滞后及应力集中现象对截面效率的影响。
With the increasing appearance and quality of the steel pipe in the steel pipe structure,the demand for the appearance and quality is getting higher and higher. The traditional steel pipe long can not meet the requirements of the engineering. In this paper,a full scale test on the axial compression and axial tension of the new type of rigid connection of steel pipe structure is carried out. The test results show that: the length of the steel pipe slotting is within a certain range,with the increase of the length of the slotting,the bearing capacity increases obviously. The stress concentration and shear lag of the front end of the groove can be slowed down by the lengthen of the steel pipe slotting. The effect of shear lag and stress concentration on cross section efficiency should be considered in engineering design.
