论民用建筑给排水施工中常见的问题及对策研究

为了有效解决给排水工程项目中常会出现的一些管道堵塞、管道渗漏、管道位置设计不合理、排水管通气管设计不合理等问题,就需要对工程技术、工程质量进行严格监控并监督施工人员自我技术的不断改进,只有这样才能尽可能的减少施工问题的出现,提高工程的进度和质量。针对民用建筑给排水设计施工过程中的问题,提出几点可供采取的措施以及对应的对策进行有效探讨。

In order to solve some of the pipeline appears to often drainage project blocking,pipeline leakage,pipeline location design unreasonable,unreasonable design of drainage pipe vent pipe and so on,the need for continuous improvement of strict control and supervision of the construction personnel of technology of self engineering technology,the quality of the project,the only way to minimize construction problems and improve the construction progress and quality. In view of the problems in the design and construction of water supply and drainage in civil buildings,some measures to be taken and corresponding countermeasures are discussed.
