摘要
分析了建筑类企业在专业技术人才队伍建设中遇到的关于团队归属等方面的管理难题,从明确角色定位、开拓学习交流途径、增强员工归属感三个层面提出具体解决方案,旨在帮助企业不断挖掘人力资源价值,进而为实现管理目标提供更有力的人力资源保障。
Analyzes the management difficulties in the talent team construction of the architectural enterprises in terms of team belonging,and points out the solutions schemes from the identification of the roles,broadening learning and communicating channels,and promotion of the staff's sense of belonging,so as to excavate the human resource value and realize the reliable human resource guarantee for the management target.
