摘要
针对轨道车经常发生冒进信号、脱线、挤岔等安全问题,安全压力与日俱增的实际情况,研究开发了针对轨道车运行过程中危及安全的重要事件、重点部件和部位进行动态监测的集成化综合系统,在视频监控系统的基础上,增加人机交互界面,实时显示轴温设备状态、空气制动检测、走行部检测、GYK设备故障信息、视频信息等实时信息,通过集成化及系统化管理,进一步提高了轨道车防范事故的能力。
According to some frequent hazards for rail vehicles including overrunning,derail,and switch split,as well as the increasing needs for safety,the paper researches and develops the dynamic monitoring integrated system for main components and parts in accordance with the important accidents in the operation of rail vehicle,indicates the addition of the man-machine interactive interface based on the video monitoring system,and on-time display of axial and tests on temperature equipment status,air-braking,walking parts,information about GYX equipment defaults,and video information,so as to prevent the accidents of rail vehicles with the integrated and systematic management.
