概念车外观件注射成型模的简化设计

本文通过对概念车外观件复杂成型面壳的结构分析,本着设计模具时应在保证产品质量的前提下尽可能地简化模具结构,降低废品率,缩短模具生产周期,提高模具寿命的设计理念,设计出一套以解决大面积薄壁、形状复杂及塑件冷却问题的简化注射成型模具。

Based on the analysis of the structure of the complex molding surface shell of the concept vehicle, according to the premise of ensuring the quality of the product, we should simplify the mould structure as much as possible, reduce the waste rate, shorten the production cycle of the mould, improve the design concept of the mould life, and design a set of simplified injection molding mould to solve the problems of large thin wall, complex shape and cooling of the plastic parts.
