思维导图在胃癌术后并发症预防中的应用

Nursing interventions based on mind map model in prevention of postoperative complications of gastric cancer

目的探讨思维导图模式在胃癌术后并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2017年12月收治的胃癌手术患者110例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组50例和观察组60例,对照组术后采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用思维导图模式的护理方法,观察2组术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组胃出血、十二指肠残端破裂、吻合口瘘、胃排空障碍、术后梗阻、倾倒综合征的发生率低于对照组,其中术后胃出血发生率2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.887,P<0.05)。结论运用思维导图模式护理可以降低胃癌患者术后并发症的发生率,促进患者术后早日康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of mind map in prevention of posto perative complications of gastric cancer. Methods To tally 110 patients receiving surgical treatment for gastric cancer were assigned to the control group（ n = 50） and the observation group（ n = 60） according to the admission sequence. Patients in both two groups received routine care after operation,and nursing interventions based on mind gap model were carried out in the observation group. The posto perative complications were observed and compared between two groups.Results There were fewer patients with gastrorrhagia,rupture of gastroduodenal stump,anasto motic fistula,delayed gastric emptying,intestinal obstruction or dumping syndrome in the observation group than those of the control group,and with significant difference in incidence of gastrorrhagia between two groups（ χ~2= 4. 887,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing interventions based on mind map model are effective to reduce the risk of posto perative complications in gastric cancer patients,soas to improve the posto perative rehabilitation.
