胃脘痛中医护理方案临床实施效果评价

Clinical observation on the effect of nursing plan of traditional Chinese medicine for epigastric pain

目的探讨胃脘痛中医护理方案的临床实施效果。方法选取2015年1月—12月收治的60例胃脘痛患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施中医护理方案,如耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷、中药烫熨等,观察患者对中医护理技术的依从性及满意度,并评价患者症状疗效。结果 58.33%(35/60)患者胃脘疼痛症状疗效评价好、25.00%(15/60)患者较好。患者对中医护理技术的依从性和满意率均较高。结论胃脘痛中医护理方案临床实施效果较好,有效提高了患者的依从性及满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing plan of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） for epigastric pain. Methods To tally 60 patients with epigastric pain received TCMnursing plan including auricular points pressing,acupoint application,TCMironing and other interventions. The treatment compliance,satisfactory degree and treatment efficacy were evaluate after implementation of TCMnursing plan. Results There were 35 patients（58. 33%） with excellent intervention efficacy and 15 patients（25. 00%） with fairly good efficacy of intervention after receiving TCMnursing plan. Patients showed a high level of compliance to TCMnursing plan and were satisfied with the nursing interventions. Conclusion TCMnursing plan has a practical value in treatment of epigastric pain. it can improve the treatment compliance and satisfactory degree of patients.
