葱白穴位外敷对产妇产后排尿的促进作用

Effects of acupoint sticking therapy with fistular onion stalk on postpartum urination of parturient women

目的探讨葱白外敷中极、关元穴对产妇产后排尿的促进效果。方法选取2018年1月—2月产科经阴道分娩的产妇20例为对照组,2018年2月—3月经阴道分娩的产妇20例为观察组。对照组实施产后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用葱白外敷中极、关元穴。观察2组产妇胎儿娩出后首次排尿时间、发生尿潴留情况及产妇排尿舒适度。结果观察组无尿潴留发生,对照组发生尿潴留1例(5.00%)。观察组产妇产后首次排尿时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇排尿舒适度优于对照组。结论葱白外敷中极、关元穴可以缩短产妇首次排尿时间,减少尿潴留的发生,提高产妇的舒适度。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint sticking therapy with fistular onion stalk on postpartumurination of parturient women. Methods To tally 20 parturient women with vaginal birth were selected as the control between January,2018 and February,2018. Another 20 parturient women were included as the control group between February,2018 and March,2018.Both two groups received routine postpartumnursing,and the observation group was given acupoint sticking therapy with fistular onion stalk. The first time of postpartumurination and incidence of urinary retention were observed,and the comfort level of urination was evaluated by verbal rating scale. Results There was only 1（ 5. 00%） case of urinary retention in the control group. The first time of postpartumurination was earlier in the observation group than that of controls（ P〈0. 05）. parturient women of the observation group reported a relatively higher comfort level of urination than those of the control group. Conclusion The acupoint sticking therapy with fistular onion stalk can shorten the first time of postpartumurination and reduce the risk of postpartumurination in parturient women
