摘要
目的探讨中频中药导入穴位配合抚触按摩在轮状病毒性肠炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月住院的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加电脑中频中药导入穴位配合抚触按摩。观察2组临床疗效。结果观察组临床总有效率为80.00%(32/40),高于对照组的55.00%(22/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中频中药导入穴位配合抚触按摩能进一步改善轮状病毒性肠炎患儿临床症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine ionto phoresis by intermediate frequency and massage for infants with rotavirus enteritis. Methods To tally 80 infants with rotavirus enteritis were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups were given comprehensive treatment and nursing care,and Chinese medicine ionto phoresis by intermediate frequency combined with massage was carried out in the observation group. Results The overall effective rate was 80. 00 %（32/40） in the observation group,which was higher than 55. 00 %（ 22/40） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese medicine ionto phoresis by intermediate frequency and massage is effective to relief the clinical sympto mof infants with rotavirus enteritis.
