规范化培训护士人文关怀能力影响因素调查分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解规范化培训护士的人文关怀能力状况,分析影响其人文关怀能力的相关因素。方法采用整群抽样对153名规范化培训护士进行调查,调查其一般社会学资料,并采用人文关怀能力量表进行问卷调查。结果 153名规范化培训护士人文关怀能力量表评分总分(198.78±17.86)分,参照国际常模护士关怀能力评价等级表现低水平,得分最高的前4项均属于耐心维度,而得分较低的5项中有3项属于勇气维度。受教育程度、科室护士长的关心、选择护理专业的原因是规范化培训护士人文关怀能力的预测因素(P<0.05)。结论规范化培训护士的人文关怀能力水平有待提高,尤其是勇气方面的能力仍需加强。 Objective To investigate the status quoand influential facto rs of humanistic caring ability in nurses receiving standard training. Methods A survey was conducted among 153 nurses whoreceived standard training. Their socioeconomic background and humanistic caring ability were investigated and analyzed. Results The overall score of care ability inventory( CAI)was(198. 78 ± 17. 86),which indicated a lower level of humanistic caring ability among nurses.The to p 4 categories belonged to the dimension of patience,and 3 of last 5 categories belonged to the dimension of courage. The education level,care from head nurses,reasons of choosing the nursing discipline were predictive facto rs of humanistic caring ability in nurses receiving standard training. Conclusion More efforts should be paid on the improvement of the humanistic caring ability,especially the courage,in nurses whoreceived standard training.
