高危产妇配偶育儿胜任感现状及影响因素调查

Investigation on the parenting sense of competence among high-risk pregnant women's spouses

目的调查高危产妇配偶育儿胜任感现状,分析其相关影响因素。方法应用中文版育儿胜任感量表、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表、Zung焦虑自评量表、社会支持量表对广州市某三级甲等医院收治的高危产妇配偶进行调查。结果 206例高危产妇配偶中,育儿胜任感量表得分平均为(72.62±10.40)分。高危产妇配偶育儿胜任感与抑郁(r=-0.527,-0.309,-0.484,P<0.01)及焦虑(r=-0.370,-0.188,-0.362,P<0.01)呈负相关,与社会支持(r=-0.393,-0.288,-0.316,P<0.01)及各维度得分呈正相关,职业、居住情况、产后抑郁是育儿胜任感的主要影响因素。结论本研究中高危产妇配偶育儿胜任感处于中等水平,其相关影响因素较多,包括职业、居住情况和抑郁水平,应实施针对性干预,提高产妇配偶育儿胜任感。

Objective To investigate the parenting sense of competence among high-risk pregnant women＇s spouses,and to explore its influencing facto rs. Methods A survey was conducted to spouses of high-risk pregnant women by using Chinese version of the Parenting Sense of Competence Scale（ C-PSOC）,Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale（ EPDS）,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） and Social Support Rating Scale（ SSRS）. Results To tally 206 spouses of high-risk pregnant women were included. The average score of C-PSOC was（72. 62 ± 10. 40）.The parenting sense of competence was negative correlated with postpartumdepression（ r =-0. 527,-0. 309,-0. 484,P〈0. 01） and anxiety（ r =-0. 370,-0. 188,-0. 362,P〈0. 01）,and was positively correlated with social support（ r =-0. 393,-0. 288,-0. 316,P〈0. 01）. The occupation,living condition and postpartumdepression were main influential facto rs of the parenting sense of competence. Conclusion Findings of the study indicated a mediumlevel of parenting sense of competence among spouses,which were affected by multiple facto rs including occupation,living condition and postpartumdepression. Targeted interventions should be carried out to improve the parenting sense of competence among high-risk pregnant women＇s spouses.
