糖尿病患者的康复护理和饮食指导

Rehabilitation nursing combined with dietary guidance for patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨康复护理结合饮食指导在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 60例糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组采用康复护理结合饮食指导。评价2组患者对食物血糖生成指数认知情况,记录2组干预前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白指标变化。结果干预后,2组患者对食物血糖生成指数认知均有提高,且观察组认知水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均有降低(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论康复护理结合饮食指导较单独康复护理更能有效提升糖尿病患者对食物血糖生成指数的认知,对控制血糖有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with dietary guidance for patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods To tally 60 diabetic patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine rehabilitation care,and those in the observation group were given dietary guidance additionally. The cognition of glycemic index was evaluated,and levels of blood sugar indexes such as fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,2 hour postprandial blood glucose（2 hPBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（ HbA1c） were observed and compared between two groups. Results There was an increase in awareness of glycemic index in both two groups after intervention,and patients of the observation group had a higher level of cognition compared with those of controls（ P〈0. 05）.Levels of FBG,2 h PBG and HbA1c were decreased after intervention,and were lower in the observaito n group than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing combined with dietary guidance is effective to improve the cognition of glycemic index of diabetic patients,showing a positive value on blood sugar control.
