护患互动达标模式在脑梗死康复期患者中的应用

Application of nurses-patient interaction mode in patients with cerebral infarction during the stage of rehabilitation

目的探讨护患互动达标模式在脑梗死康复期患者中的应用效果。方法 90例脑梗死康复期患者分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予护患互动达标模式干预。在干预前及干预12周后,分别采用自拟脑梗死康复期患者康复积极性评估量表评价2组康复积极性,采用Fugl-Meyer量表(FM A)及Berg平衡量表(BBS)评价2组运动功能及平衡功能。结果干预12周后,2组康复积极性评分、FMA和BBS评分均升高。观察组干预后康复依从程度评分(8.35±1.31)分、康复配合度评分(8.41±1.30)分、FMA评分(83.38±4.63)分、BBS评分(49.53±4.72)分,分别高于对照组的(7.16±1.72)分、(7.09±1.47)分、(72.61±6.57)分和(43.27±6.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护患互动达标模式有助于增强脑梗死康复期患者的康复积极性,进一步促进肢体功能恢复,对改善患者预后和康复期生活质量具有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of nurses-patient interaction mode in patients with cerebral infarction during the stage of rehabilitation. Methods To tally 90 patients with cerebral infarction in the stage of rehabilitation were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care,and nurses-patient interaction mode was carried out in the observation group. Before intervention and 12 weeks after intervention,the rehabilitation initiative of patients was evaluated by self-made scale,and the moto r function and balance function of the patients were evaluated by Fugl-Meyer Scale（ FMA） and Berg Balance Scale（ BBS）. Results The scores of rehabilitation initiative,FMA and BSS were increased in both two groups at 12 weeks after intervention. Patients in the observation group achieved higher scores in assessment of rehabilitation compliance（8. 35 ± 1. 31 vs. 7. 16 ± 1. 72,P〈0. 05）,rehabilitation cooperation（8. 41 ± 1. 30 vs. 7. 09 ± 1. 47,P〈0. 05）,FMA（83. 38 ±4. 63 vs. 72. 61 ± 6. 57,P〈0. 05） and BSS（49. 53 ± 4. 72 vs. 43. 27 ± 6. 56,P〈0. 05） compared wiht those in the control group,respectively. Conclusion Nurse-patient interaction mode can help to enhance the rehabilitation initiative of patients with cerebral infarction,soas to improve the recovery of limb function and the long-time outcome.
