手术室患者的压疮护理风险管理

Risk management and nursing interventions on preventing pressure ulcers of patients in the operating theater

目的探讨多学科协作、医护一体化的风险管理模式在手术室患者预防压疮护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月—12月普外科手术时长>2 h的437例患者设为观察组,选取2017年1月—5月普外科手术时长>2 h的445例患者设为对照组。对照组采用常规的预防压疮护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上实施多学科协作、医护一体化风险管理。观察2组压疮发生率及患者满意率。结果观察组压疮发生率为0.46%(2/437)低于对照组的4.04%(18/445),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组满意率为91.99%(402/437)高于对照组的77.98%(347/445),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施多学科协作、医护一体化的压疮风险管理能降低术中压疮的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of risk management based on multidisciplinary cooperation and docto r-nurse integration in prevention of pressure ulcers among patients in the operating theater. Methods To tally 437 patients with surgical treatment lasting over 2 hours were selected as the observation group between June,2017 and December,2017. Another 445 patients were included as the control group between January,2017 and May,2017. The conventional preventive measures were adopted in the control group,and the risk management based on multidisciplinary cooperation and docto r-nurse integration was carried out in the observation. The incidence of pressure ulcers and satisfactory degree of patients were observed and compared between two groups. Results the incidence of pressure ulcers was 0. 46%（2/437） in the observation group and was 4. 04%（18/445） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfactory degree of patients was higher in the observation than that of controls（ 91. 99% vs.77. 98%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The risk management based on multidisciplinary cooperation and docto r-nurse integration is potentially effective to reduce risk of pressure ulcers among patients during surgical treatment.
