摘要
目的:探讨标准化健康教育路径在下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者中的应用效果。方法:将304例下肢DVT住院患者根据入院时间分为对照组145例和观察组159例,对照组采用传统健康教育,观察组实施标准化健康教育路径,比较两组疾病相关知识和健康行为情况。结果:观察组出院前疾病知识得分较对照组明显提高(P<0.01),且两组出院前疾病知识得分及行为得分均高于入院时(P<0.01)。结论:运用标准化健康教育路径对下肢DVT患者实施健康教育,可提高下肢深静脉血栓患者对疾病的认知水平。
Objective: To explore the application of standardized health educational pathway in hospitalized patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods: A total of 304 cases of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities were divided into 145 cases in the control group and 159 cases in the observation group. The control group adopted the traditional health education,the observation group implemented the standardized health education path,and compared the two groups of diseases related knowledge and health behavior. Results: The score of disease knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 01),and the scores of disease knowledge and behavior before discharge in the two groups were higher than those at admission( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Using standardized health education path to carry out health education for patients with deep venous thrombosis can improve the level of cognition of patients with deep venous thrombosis.
