Analysis and Countermeasures of Automotive Parts Remanufacturing in China

研究德国、美国、日本等汽车产业发达国家汽车产品再制造的发展现状,对比总结其发展经验,从市场表现、政策法规、标准体系、企业分布等视角分析我国汽车产品再制造的发展现状。基于产业链视角,剖析我国汽车产品再制造在回收、生产、销售等关键环节存在的主要问题。构建了我国汽车产品再制造产业未来发展体系,并提出促进我国汽车产品再制造健康可持续发展的对策建议。

The paper first studies the development status of automotive parts remanufacturing in Germany,the United States,Japan and other developed countries,summarizes their development experiences,and then analyzes the current situations of automotive part remanufacturing development in our country on the aspects of the market performance,policies and regulations,the standard system and enterprise distributions. Based on the industrial chain,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the recycling,production and sales of automotive products in China. In the end,a future development system of China＇s automotive parts remanufacturing industry is proposed,and some countermeasures are put forward to promote the sustainable development of the remanufacturing.
