摘要
[目的]研究"农都乐"溶液浸种对番茄种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]用不同浓度"农都乐"浸种后进行发芽试验和苗期试验。以清水溶液为对照,研究番茄种子在"农都乐"溶液100倍、200倍、300倍和400倍处理下的发芽率、发芽势和展开6片真叶后的植株株高、茎粗、叶面积、叶绿素含量和地上地下部干鲜重并且计算壮苗指数。[结果]"农都乐"100倍溶液浸种后种子的发芽势有显著提高,发芽率没有效果。清水溶液处理的番茄幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶面积都有显著的增加;"农都乐"溶液300倍和100倍浓度能够起到增加番茄幼苗叶绿素含量和根冠比的作用,"农都乐"溶液300倍液的壮苗效果较好。[结论]使用"农都乐"溶液浸种基本上达到了壮苗的目的。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of soaking seed of"Nongdule"solution on the germination and seedling growth of tomato. [Method] Germination test and seedling stage test were carried out after soaking with different concentrations of "Nongdule". Using clear aqueous solution as a control,the germination rate,germination potential of tomato seeds and the plant height,stem diameter,Leaf area,chlorophyll content and dry fresh weight above ground and seedling index of the tomato seed under the 100,200,300 and 400 times treatment of "Nongdule"solution were studied. [Results] The germination potential of the seeds after soaking in 100 times solution of "Nongdule"was significantly increased, but no effect for the germination rate. The plant height, stem diameter, and leaf area of the tomato seedlings treated with fresh water solution all increased significantly. The 300 times and 100 times of"Nongdule"solution could increase the chlorophyll content and root/shoot ratio of tomato seedlings. 300 times of "Nongdule"solution had better strong seedlings effection. [Conclusion] Soaking seed with"Nongdule"solution basically reached the goal of strong seedlings.
